... pretty much the same in all areas of the Public Service, and a lot of the big corporates too. They only understand getting money for doing nothing, and then asking for a pay rise ... well because.

Well, I do know that all of the Public School S.A.S staff just got a nice pay rise - backdated to July too! ... was it because they reached some KPI's? ... did they reduce waste? ... improved efficiencies?

No, it was to "bring them more closely inline with the salary increases that other admin staff within the Department had received in recent years" ... FFSAKE!!!!Censored

Across the nation, Public Service salaries have increased above inflation rates for the past 10 years ... incomes and salaries of small business and medium sized corporate employees have stagnated or gone backward ... those are just facts.

Gee that brings back memories. The record number of cuts at our school was 28 cuts in a week - by a border kid we all referred to as fat Robbo. Looking back on it he was definitely a delinquent crying out for attention. At least he got it  LOL
