At first I thought I misread the final field for this 3yo maiden Hcp over 1550m at Canterbury on Friday night.....but CJW has got 7 of the 9 runners !!!

I can’t remember a single stable having so many runners in the 1 race, certainly not in a metropolitan race. Not even TJ Smith at the peak of his powers stacked fields like this.

Nothing against Chris himself, but not sure it’s a very healthy situation for Sydney racing.

All Industries are being swallowed by the big and powerful.   Even Coles & Woolies.      Hard to bet with confidence in such a race but I think Waller has long passedd the " betting " angles.
He probably rarely even sees his lower grade gallopers.

Horrible for racing. Similar situation at times in NQld with those Craiglee?? horses iirc. Will be interesting to see TAB investment numbers.
