Where does an Australian based horse-player get the best bang for the buck, i.e. lowest takeout? Which state or country's races does she bet on, with which tote/exchange or other betting provider?

I can only assume it's such a cut throat industry that each will have their carrot to offer with none being stand outs as the extra incentives would likely be offset by losses.
