I can't get the search function working on my phone so sorry if there's a thread already - just a random question from someone who knows next to nothing about breeding.

I saw a horse running tonight sired by Ambidexter and it brought back memories of a very honest and, from memory, pretty well bred Snowden horse (?) who ran some nice races against the likes of Secret Admirer a few years back. Just wondering how it's gone as a sire?

Sorry, That is the number of mare he covered in each of the seasons he has been at stud.

From 4 seasons at stud he has 137 live foals.

He has no stakeswinner as yet, His oldest being 3.

Thanks for taking time to respond to a probably dumb question for people who know about breeding. It's something I've always wanted to learn about. Just perked my interest seeing Ambidexter as a sire because I liked the horse and haven't heard about it as a sire. I might keep looking out for his progeny out of interest. One racing tonight, but doesn't look like much. Threw it in a $20 early quaddie.
